New Hope Kids is a convenient child-minding service that runs at the same time as our Sunday service. All our volunteers are experienced in child minding and have a valid working with children check (WWCC).
Ps Tammy does an amazing job leading the popular ‘She’ women’s events, which is a High Tea (morning tea) with lots of fun and frivolity held once every two or three months at the church. Keep an eye on our announcements on our Facebook page for the date of our next one.
The ladies also meet for a weekly Bible study led by Annette Fittler every Thursday at 10:30am. Contact the church for more information.
Our Op Shop is open at the Church every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 3pm. We are very proud of our “traditional op shop prices” and maintain that we have the cheapest prices going round. The Op Shop is part of the welfare arm of our church called, “New Hope Community Care,” which reflects our heart to help our community.
We are a creative bunch at New Hope. Our creative team are committed to leading us into the presence of God every Sunday and glorifying God with the talents God has gifted them with. If you consider yourself a creative person whether it be musical, drama, artistic or whatever, our creative leaders would be more than happy to help release the creative potential that God has given you.
Our small groups are at the very heart of the life of our church. Depending where you’re at in your walk with God, we have a small group that would be perfectly suited to you, whether it be a midweek Bible study, a Men’s Social Group, a Women’s Bible Study or a social group that meets for coffee.
Our weekly prayer meetings held every Thursday night at the church have been incredibly fruitful and powerful. We warmly welcome all who have a passion to pray and see God moving powerfully in our church, in our community and in our lives. Prayer meetings are led by Pastor Daniel Secomb, begin at 5:30pm and finish up at around 7pm.
Our Holy Spirit Nights are held once a month commencing at 6pm. These nights place an emphasis on worship, seeking the presence of God and allowing room for the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate and minister to our lives.
